MEET OUR FOUNDER
Rebecca Dance-Shuker is a globally respected leader in sport, sustainability and social impact. With more than 25 years of experience across the UK, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, she has helped shape policies, partnerships and programmes that use sport as a force for economic growth and community wellbeing.
Before founding S-inc.world, Rebecca led international strategies for federations, governments, and NGOs - including Laureus Sport for Good, Inter Miami FC, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and London Majors Office. Her work has influenced social sustainability policy, advised national sports bodies and delivered legacy-driven programmes reaching tens of thousands worldwide.
Rebecca continues to advise C-suite leaders, boards and public-sector agencies on how to embed purpose, ESG principles and long-term legacy into their strategy. Her belief is simple yet powerful: when sport and social impact align with commercial goals, the result is lasting change for both business and society.
